Almond Croissant

The corner stone of Dough Boys farmers markets, available to cook from the comfort of your own home, the Almond Croissant is a delicous treat to be enjoyed by all.


To Cook:
Prove for at least an hour in a warm damp area for several hours (Hot water cupboard) until soft, or in the oven at a low temperature (50 degrees) with a tray of boiling water as well. This can be done from frozen. 

Once your pastries have risen, cook for approximatley 18 minutes or until golden brown at 180 Degrees on fan force for the perfect fresh pastry.
